Is your business holding up? And is it safe?
Three products for people who run a business: the books that have to add up, the data that must not get out, the time you don't have.
// What we do
Running a business means data to protect and time that never adds up.
These are the two things we handle. Below is what each one covers.
Cybersecurity
NIS2 and the data that must not get out
A shop holds its customers' addresses, orders and spending habits: if those get out, the damage isn't a site being down, it's trust. We deal with who can get in, what stays on record when someone tries, and getting work running again if something goes wrong. How, we discuss face to face: a supplier who publishes their defences is working for the people studying them. If NIS2 reaches you — or reaches a client of yours — the baseline measures must be operational by 31 October 2026.

The time you don't have
Sector-specialised agents that prepare the work: figures up to date, whatever doesn't add up already flagged, the comparison with your sector already done. We firmly believe artificial intelligence should replace nobody, but support the person deciding: the decision stays with a competent human, and outside its field an agent says the question isn't its own rather than guessing.

It's not a screen with three numbers.
This is the list of what exists today and that you can use tonight. No «coming soon»: that's higher up, marked as such.

What not knowing costs you
If you're 500 euro a month below break-even and you only notice it in the year-end accounts, that's 6,000 euro by the end of the year. OPEX Score costs a fraction of that: you see the exact price once you're in the app.
This isn't a promise of profit and we don't know how your books look: it's just a subtraction you can redo yourself, with your numbers instead of ours. If you get a different result, you have your answer.
// OPEX Score · How it thinks
An example, with real numbers.
A business turning over €12,000 a month, with €4,000 of fixed costs and a 35% margin. Here's what OPEX Score tells it.
The margin is what's left out of 100 euro sold, once you take off what that sale cost you.
And this is only the bare calculation. Inside OPEX Score you also add tax and contributions, your own salary, interest and depreciation — and that's usually where the number changes face.
// OPEX Score · The price
Why it doesn't cost what an admin tool costs.
Because you're not buying invoicing software. You're buying the answer to a question that today you either pay a consultant for or find out too late.
I'll ask my accountant
They tell you how last year went, once the books are closed. That's for paying the right tax, not for knowing whether this month holds up.
I'll call a consultant
They answer the right questions, but it's project work: you pay again every time the numbers change — and the numbers always change.
I'll do it in Excel
Free until you get one formula wrong. Nobody updates it, nobody checks it, and you find the mistake once it has already cost you.
OPEX Score
Updated every time you touch a number, as often as you like, all year round. It's a business cost like any other work tool, so what it really weighs is less than what you read here.

// Tough questions
What you're wondering.
Objections don't vanish if you don't write them down: they stay in the head of whoever's deciding, where we can't answer. Better here.
Why does it cost more than invoicing software?
Because it isn't invoicing software. That records what you've already done, and it's useful. OPEX Score answers a different question: does what you're doing hold up? Where is the break-even point, how much margin is really left, what happens if you raise prices by 5%. Two different costs, and you need both.
Doesn't my accountant already tell me this?
Your accountant closes the year and works out the tax, and does that job well: they work on the past. Here the question is different — this month, am I above or below break-even? If you wait for the accounts to find out, you learn it ten months late.
And if it turns out not to be for me?
You get 14 days free without a credit card: nothing is charged until you decide. And if you change your mind after the first payment, the refund policy is written out in full on the Refunds page.
How long does it take to get going?
You already have the numbers for the first diagnosis in your head: revenue, fixed costs, variable costs. You see the first result in five minutes, with nothing to import and no bank account to connect.
Where does my data end up?
They stay yours. We don't sell them and we don't use them for anything else. The privacy policy says who handles them and why, without dancing around it.
