AI agents specialised by industry

They are not open yet, and we say so up front

We are working on them. When they are ready we open them to whoever is on the list, and those people come first. Saying this now is a choice: we could collect requests while letting you believe there is already something to use. Whoever falls for that tries it, finds nothing, and does not come back. Better to tell you where things stand and let you decide whether to wait.

The agents on offer change with the sector: these are the same sectors as the benchmark comparison (ATECO, NAICS, NACE) already used in the Business plan.

For this sector we propose:

  • Cost analysis
  • Margins and pricing
  • Sector comparison
  • Schedule and occupancy
  • Labour cost and shifts
  • Suppliers and purchasing

How they are meant to be used

These are sector-specialised agents, tuned for a very low error rate within their field. They do not replace people who know the trade: they prepare the work, keep the figures current and flag what doesn't add up, then a competent person makes the decision. Outside its field an agent does not guess: it says the question isn't its own.

The agents are still in preparation: what you read here is the list of what we are working on, not a list already available. Write to us and we'll tell you where we stand on the one you need.

What they will do, and what they won't

Not a generic assistant that answers everything. Agents that start from the numbers you already have inside OPEX Score and reason on those: why the margin fell this month, what changes if you raise prices by 5%, which cost line grew faster than revenue. The difference is the raw material — a generic assistant does not know your business and answers in generalities, this one starts from your break-even point and your real costs.

OPEX Score calculates the numbers, not the AI

The agent comments on and explains results the engine has already calculated: it does not invent them and does not estimate them. An AI that makes up a figure in a financial diagnosis is not an annoying defect — it is a reason never to trust it, or us, again. For the same reason every answer stays an indication and not tax advice: that comes from someone who knows your whole situation.

Why by sector

A restaurant has stock waste and covers. A law firm has billable hours and payments that arrive late. A shop has rotation and seasonality. The right questions are not the same, and an agent that knows them gets to the point instead of asking you everything from scratch.
